It’s here, after six years of waiting, Breaking Bad fans finally have the chance to see Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman on the small screen once more, in the full trailer for Netflix’s El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie.
El Camino picks up mere moments after the events of the AMC series’ final episode – Walter White (Bryan Cranston) has slaughtered Jack Welker’s white supremacist gang, and Jesse is on the run. But he isn’t hiding.
This atmospheric trailer doesn’t give much away about the film’s plot, but it does give fans an inkling of what kind of journey Jesse is headed on, as we watch him stalking and seething, brooding and aiming his gun.
We already know that Charles Baker and Matt Jones are set to reprise their Breaking Bad roles of Skinny Pete and Badger, respectively, but a mysterious voice at the end of the trailer does sound awfully familiar – could Bryan Cranston be making a surprise return as Walter White?
I think it’s safe to assume that that’s what most Breaking Bad fans are hoping for from this film.
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie is released on October 11th.
