Today, Square Enix announced that the upcoming multiplayer expansion for Final Fantasy XV titled Final Fantasy XV: Comrades, will be getting a closed online test for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The closed test will run from Thursday 3rd to Tuesday 8th August 2017 and will be available to players who have purchased the season pass and have an active PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold Membership. This sixth and final piece of DLC will add 4-player coop to the game and will allow players to create custom avatars to use. Final Fantasy XV: Comrades will allow players to test out several weapons, three quests and up to 8 slots for custom avatars.
Final Fantasy XV finally released last year after 10 years of development. It released to critical acclaim and has seen the release of several DLC packs after launch. Players take on the role of Prince Noctis and his gang of four best friends as they cruise around, battle enemies and attempt to save the kingdom of Lucis.
