Ryan Murphy’s upcoming American Horror Story: Apocalypse reunites the witches of Season 3’s Coven, and now they’re finally back together at Miss Robichaux’s Academy.
Murphy shared a photo of the witches back together: Taissa Farmiga (Zoe), Gabourey Sidibe (Queenie), Frances Conroy (Myrtle), Emma Roberts (Madison), Lily Rabe (Misty), Stevie Nicks and Sarah Paulson (Cordelia):
The eighth season of American Horror Story is the highly-anticipated crossover between Murder House and Coven. It will feature a grown Michael Langdon (played by Cody Fern) however, Langdon was born in 2012, so if Apocalypse is set “18 months from today” as Murphy has often said, he would still be a child. So, it remains to be seen how they explain why Michael Langdon is suddenly a grown up.
Apocalypse also sees the return of Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billy Eichner, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, and Cheyenne Jackson. As for new additions to the cast, this season will see Joan Collins play the grandmother of Peters’ character, and Murphy is still “interested” in adding award-winning actress Anjelica Huston.
AHS: Apocalypse is set to premiere on September 12th in the US, and September 27th in the UK.
