The star-studded comedy is every bit as charming as you’d imagine.

Wes Anderson’s anticipated comedy, The French Dispatch has released its first trailer, which contains all the delightfully charming Anderson elements fans have come to know and love, as well as a veritable plethora of famous faces.

Produced by Indian Paintbrush, the film “brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th Century French city.”

Anderson penned the script for The French Dispatch from a story he co-wrote with Roman Coppola, Jason Schwartzman, and Hugo Guinness.

The film is as star-studded as you would expect an Anderson picture to be, with this outing having an ensemble cast of Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton, Léa Seydoux, Frances McDormand, Timothée Chalamet, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric, Stephen Park, Bill Murray, and Owen Wilson.

The French Dispatch is set for release on July 24th in the US, and August 28th in the UK.
