Bethesda have just announced that the second of three DLC packs is now available to download on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Wolfenstein II: The Diaries of Agent Silent Death is available as part of The Freedom Chronicles DLC and plants players into the sneaky shoes of former OSS assassin Jessica Valiant, AKA Agent Silent Death.

The expansion is set in a Nazi-occupied tinsel town film studio which serves as a propaganda machine for the cause. After the heavy handed and brutal methods of BJ Blazkowicz and Gunslinger Joe, The Agent Silent Death is a decidedly more stealthy affair. A launch trailer has been released which shows silenced pistols, plenty of lurking around in the shadows and a whole lot of nazi killing, only a little quieter this time.

After the death of her husband and the occupation of the Nazis, Jessica Valiant receives intel on three targets responsible for her lover’s murder. She embarks on a rampage of vengeance utilising her skills as a sniper and assassin.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus released in October last year and was praised for its excellent and zany storyline as well as its classic FPS gameplay. The game follows on from the events of the first game and is set in Nazi-occupied America. Our hero B.J Blazkowicz returns as he attempts to ignite a second American revolution.  One more DLC is planned for release titled “The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins”, will task players with dismantling a Nazi operation in Alaska. The game is set to launch on Nintendo Switch later this year, read our review of the game on PS4 here.

Be sure to check out the trailer below which shows off Jessica valiant in action as she stabs, guts and decapitates her Nazi foes. We’ll no doubt have more on Wolfenstein later on in the year when it comes to Nintendo Switch.
